Project Objectives

The project aims to create a single cluster for the production of "Halal" standard meat and sausages by raising and fattening cattle to output.
The project consists of two phases:
Stage 1: Construction of meat processing factory on "Halal" standard;
Stage 2: Building the base to raise and fatten cattle with arable land area.

Currently Phase 1 of the cluster is realized. In June, 2008 meat processing factory was officially inaugurated with the participation of the Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Mamytbekov E.K.
Implementation of the 2 stage of the cluster is planned.

Meat processing factory «Tandem W»

Meat processing factory «Tandem W» is a unique venture for the “halal” production in Kazakhstan.

Meat processing factory “Tandem W» is a synthesis of advanced European technology and strict canons of Halal. Confirmation of it are the "Halal" certificate ST RK ISO 9001-2001 and certificate "ECO" (environmentally friendly product).

The composition of meat processing factory consists of a slaughterhouse, Boning shop, butcher shop and industrial laboratories. The total land area is 26 000 square meters, building area is 1850 square meters.

German equipment installed in the meat processing factory meets the European quality standards. A capacity of the equipment is 8 tons of meat products per a change.

At present the company produces more than 70 different types of sausages and meat products. In addition, over 20 types of products are under development.

Product Range is available to all segments of the population field.

Number of employees at the factory - 110 people with an average salary of 50,000 tenge.
